MANSFIELD – Authorities are seeking four fugitives as part of the Most Wanted list compiled by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force in the Richland County division for the week of June 15.
Devoisier Newsome, 25, is 5-foot-5, 175 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for domestic violence. Authorities say he has ties to the Mansfield area.
Jason Bowman, 51, is 5-foot-7, 180 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He is sought for failure to provide change of address. Officials say he has ties to Mansfield, Lexington, and Ashland.
Jeffery Siron, 31, is 6-foot-3, 170 pounds blonde hair and blue eyes. He is sought for failure to register as sex offender. Officials say he has ties to the Mansfield area.
Avery Brown, 25, is 6-foot-1, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for a probation violation on a an original charge of having weapons under disability. Authorities say he has ties to the Mansfield area.
