ONTARIO — Shopko Optical will celebrate the opening of its new Ontario location with a ribbon cutting at 9 a.m. Monday, June 29.
The optical center is located at 994 N Lexington Springmill Rd. Suite 140. The new store will serve the Ontario and Mansfield communities with eye care, eyewear and contact lens services.
Brittany Deaton said Shopko Optical’s mission is to provide personalized eye care, quality products and exceptional customer service.
“We strive to make every patient experience comfortable, convenient, and focused on achieving the best possible vision and eye health,” Deaton said.
The Ontario location offers in-office remote eye exams and a wide selection of prescription eyewear, including single vision, bifocal, progressive, blue light filtering, photochromic, high-index, scratch-resistant and anti-reflective lenses.
The store also carries designer and value frame collections for men, women and children. Staff members help patients choose frames based on facial features, personal style and prescription needs.
Shopko Optical also provides contact lens fittings and evaluations, including daily disposable, bi-weekly, monthly, toric and multifocal contact lenses.
Deaton said the business aims to fill a need for accessible, affordable and personalized eye care in the community.
“We treat each patient like family and go above and beyond to ensure their vision needs are met,” she said.
As a new business in the area, Shopko Optical also hopes to create local jobs, build relationships with neighbors and become a trusted resource for eye health and vision care in the Ontario and Mansfield communities.
Deaton described the business as “a convenient one stop eye care center.”
