MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP — Two people sustained minor injuries Monday afternoon when a small plane crashed into a home in Ashland County. The crash was reported at approximately 2:41 p.m. on Township Road 523 in Montgomery Township, according to Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Nova man arrested after allegedly shooting Ashland man outside Wagon Wheel bar
ASHLAND — One man was hospitalized and another was in custody after an early Thursday morning shooting in the parking lot of a downtown Ashland bar. David Struckoff, 25, of Nova, was taken into custody at the Wagon Wheel, 255 Orange Road, after the shooting incident at 1:28 a.m., police said.

Two Ashland men involved in fatal motorcycle accident
BAILEY LAKES – An Ashland motorcycle rider has succumbed to his injuries after a crash involving a semi-truck and trailer on Thursday afternoon. Kenneth Wayne Derr, 71, of Ashland, died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
