PERRY TOWNSHIP — A Smithville man was seriously injured Monday afternoon after the motorcycle he was driving crashed, according to the Ashland Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Dustin Parsley, 36, was transported from the scene by Metro Life Flight with serious injuries to Summa Akron City Hospital.

GREEN TOWNSHIP — A Loudonville man was killed Wednesday night after a two-vehicle crash on State Route 39, according to the Ashland Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Rickie Bilger, 71, of Loudonville, was taken by the Perrysville Fire Department to OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital and was pronounced deceased.

Hillsdale Schools used modified lockdown after suspect fled traffic stop
