MANSFIELD — The Holden Agency welcomes agent, Tyler Shields, to its growing team of agents.
Growing up in the Cleveland, Shields had the opportunity to help his father lay flooring for numerous new construction homes and gained an appreciation for the real estate industry. Helping to put a roof over someone’s head was such a rewarding experience that it became his motivation to become a real estate agent.
He also has experience working as an expeditor in a manufacturing plant and found that position valuable in building his communication skills, which will be put to use for his clients.
“I’m very honest and direct,” Shields said. “Working alongside those with 20-plus years of experience and being the young guy on the team, I learned to communicate clearly and effectively.”
One of the primary motivations for Shields to join The Holden Agency team is the agents’ dedication and the ease of the entire process for the clients.
“Whether I’m on the buyer’s side or seller’s side, I’ll treat each transaction as if it were my own, making my clients’ best interest a priority. Additionally, providing lending through THA Mortgage and titles through THA Title, the entire team is really focused on giving their clients an easy home buying and selling experience.”
Jerry Holden, CEO of THA Brands, said he is excited for the strengths Shields will add to the team.
