Joe E. Click, 69, passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at his home after a long battle with cancer.
Joe was born in Wellston on Jan. 11, 1948 to the late Walter and Pauline Click. He married Lottie J. Patterson on Dec. 29, 1995 and she survives him. They enjoyed almost 30 years together.
Joe was a member of the Trinity Gospel Tabernacle, Galion, Amvets Post #1979, VFW Post #79, Loyal Order of Moose #303 and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie #630, all of Galion. He was employed at Gledhill Road Machinery and retired in 2010.
He was a good, loving father and husband. Joe enjoyed playing the bass guitar, singing and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Joe loved to entertain his family with cookouts.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Angie and Stan Culler, of California, Randy Ratliff, of Galion, Jim Click, of Crestline, Chrissy and Russ Watts, of Butler, Kim and Doug Sloboda, of Ontario, Terry and Danielle Ratliff, of Galion, Brittany Hale and Kenneth Dendinger, of Edison; 28 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a grandson Zane Handley, a granddaughter Kadince Hale, his mother Wanda Milligan and a brother Bob Milligan.
Friends may call Monday, April 17, 2017 from 10 a.m. to noon at Trinity Gospel Tabernacle, 326 First Ave., of Galion. Memorial services will be held at noon on Monday, April 17, 2017 at Trinity Gospel Tabernacle, Galion, with Rev. Rick Cox officiating.
