MANSFIELD – Civista Bank has been named among the 2016 Best Banks to Work For.

Determining the Best Banks to Work For involved an evaluation of the bank’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics as well as employee surveys aimed at assessing the experiences and attitudes of employees with respect to their workplace.
