The Ohio Department of Transportation has announced a couple of road issues that will impact Richland County drivers.

The US 30 eastbound exit ramp to Interstate 71 North will be closed Thursday, Aug. 25 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for pavement repairs.

Traffic using that exit ramp will need to continue east on U.S. 30 to the next exit at Koogle Road, north on Koogle Road to re-enter to I-71 north.

In addition, Ohio 39/Ohio 96 (W. Main Street in Shelby), between Sharon Street and Walnut Street, is now open.

The road was previously closed for railroad crossing repairs.
