MANSFIELD — The North End Farmers Market Chef Rasul of A Moveable Feast will be doing a chef demonstration on Tuesday, Aug. 2 at noon.
Chef Rasul’s demonstration will be using fresh and local products bought at the North End Farmers Market. Also, at the North End Farmers Market is the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honors Society providing blood pressure and health screenings free of charge.
In addition there will be an OhioHealth fitness instructor coming in to offer a FREE Walk-Fit class from 11:30 a.m. to noon. Walk-Fit is a low impact workout that includes a relaxing stretch. Along, with the events going on at the North End Farmers Market there will be the usual local and seasonal produce, bake goods, crafts, chicken, eggs, and beef.
The North End Farmers Market is located at the Gateway Resource Center, 486 Springmill St., corner of Springmill and Bowman Streets from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Tuesday.
