MANSFIELD — The Richland Area Chamber of Commerce announced it is sponsoring a business and cultural trip to China that is open to the public in October 2016.

The chamber will be hosting a free informational session about the trip on Monday, May 23, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. A representative from partner agency Citslinc will be on hand to answer questions and provide an overview of the itinerary; the informational session will be held at the Richland Area Chamber of Commerce (55 N. Mulberry St., Mansfield).

The 10-day tour runs October 20 through 29, 2016 and includes stops in Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, and Hangzhou. Major sites included are Tian An Men Square, Temple of Heaven, Forbidden City, Great Wall and the Bund.

The cost of the trip is $2,399 per person based upon double occupancy for members or $2,499 for non-members. The tour price includes roundtrip coach airfare from Chicago, three meals per day, accommodations on twin sharing basis at four and five star hotels, arrival and departure transfers, transportation in a private coach, a tour guide and admission to all included sight-seeing locations.
