Roy Colley Jr., 85, of Mansfield, died Sunday, Jan. 3, 2016 at Mansfield Memorial Homes.
Born Feb. 1, 1930 in Grahn, Kentucky, he was the son of Roy Colley, Sr. and Bertie (Williams) Colley.
He retired from Humphreys and was a loving father and grandfather. He enjoyed animals and was an Honorary Kentucky Colonel.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Helen Colley; a daughter, LaDonna (Philip) Mayer; grandchildren, Craig (Kimberly) Burkhalter, Blake Burkhalter and Scott Smith; five great granddaughters; two great great grandsons; a brother, Samuel (Marie) Colley; and two sisters, Herma Seeman and Phyllis Lamson. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Alwilda Diamond and Hortense McGuire.
Private services will be held for the family.
