Patricia A. “Pat” Reamsnider, 78, of Mansfield, died April 15, 2015. Born February 10, 1937 in Mansfield, she was the daughter of Innes V. and Alverda Hershey. Pat graduated from Mansfield Senior High School and went on to work for and retire from Sprint after many years of service. A fun, silly, competitive lady, Pat was a big Star Trek fan. She enjoyed golfing, teaching Sunday School, planning parties, playing the piano, knitting, painting, cooking, and baking. Pat was a member of Grace Bible Church in Lucas.
Surviving are her husband of 52 years, William Reamsnider of Mansfield; sons, Terry (Tammy) Reamsnider of Mansfield and Chuck (Kathy) Reamsnider of Applecreek, OH; grandchildren, Greg (Breanne) Reamsnider of Columbus, Kenny Reamsnider of Wooster, Jason (Jeni) Reamsnider of Lexington, Heather (Justin) Sheeter of Wooster, and Amanda (Larry) White of Greenwich; ten great-grandchildren, Adrianna, Ava, Sylvie, Noa, Jericho, Lantana, Owen, Kailyn, Carson, and Mariah; her twin sister, Carol Piroska; sister, Bev Lewis; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other dear relatives and friends.
Along with her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her brother, Howard (Dottie) Hershey; sister, Mildred (Edgar) Berry; and brother-in-law, Hal Lewis.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Sunday, April 19, 2015 from 1-4 p.m. at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond Street, Mansfield. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 20, 2015 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home, conducted by Pastor Fred Reamsnider. Burial will be held at a later date.
