Lucas (3-3) vs Upper Scioto Valley (3-3)
The Lucas Cubs and Upper Scioto Valley do battle in Lucas tonight.
Last year the Cubs topped the Rams 26-8 while in McGuffy (Hardin County.) Last year both teams ended up at 4-6. This year the teams come into the game at 3-3.
In rankings, Lucas sits at 8 in Division VII’s Region 23. Upper Scioto sits at 12 in Division VII’s Region 26.

The Whippets snapped a three-game losing streak and picked up their first Northern Ohio League win of the season win a 19-6 victory over rival Willard on the road. Freshman quarterback Brennan Armstrong completed 7 of 11 passes for 138 yards and three touchdowns, all to Cody Stine. The senior caught four passes for 109 yards. The defense was led by junior linebacker Dylan Shaffer, who had 14 tackles. Sophomore safety Hunter Egner recovered a pair of fumbles and had 12 stops.
The Warriors cruised to a 40-7 win over Vermilion and will try to make it two in a row for the first time all season.Ontario’s defense has struggled in its three losses, allowing 42, 46 and 40 points. The Warriors have surrendered a combined 35 points in their three wins.
