MANSFIELD – Richland Newhope continues to seek nominations for its Heroes with Heart Award.
The award is given each year to at least one Richland County resident who has made a significant difference in the life of someone with a developmental disability and whose efforts have contributed to positive public awareness and understanding of persons with developmental disabilities.
This is the 10th year for the Heroes with Heart award. Winners are selected by Richland Newhope’s Developmental Disabilities Awareness Committee.
Nomination forms are available on the homepage of the Richland Newhope website, www.rnewhope.org, and at the agency’s Administrative offices at 314 Cleveland Ave.
The nomination deadline is Monday, March 6. The winner will be honored at the agency’s annual recognition banquet on May 5. For more information, call 419-774- 4215.
