SHELBY — The Mansfield Association of Realtors has raised $3,400 this year to completely cover the cost of a wish for a child with a life-threatening illness.

On Aug. 5, the Mansfield Association of Realtors held it’s 2016 Golf Outing and Euchre tournament at Shelby Country Club with all proceeds benefiting the Galion Chapter of A Special Wish Foundation. That group is an all-volunteer organization that grants wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses in Richland, Crawford, and Ashland Counties.

The Galion chapter has been granting wishes in this service area for 31 years due to the generosity of individuals and groups like the Mansfield Association of Realtors. Ninety percent of all donations stay in this service area to grant wishes and all donations are tax deductible.

For more information on A Special Wish Foundation contact Keith Bacin, Richland County Representative at 419-884-2220. For more information on the Mansfield Association of Realtors call 419-756-1130
