Deborah A. Ball, 76, died Monday, Aug. 29, 2016 at Crestwood Care Center.
Born May 20, 1940 in Shelby, Ohio to Daniel Sr. and Alta Melick, she was a lifelong resident of Shelby. Deborah was a 1959 graduate of Shelby High School.
She enjoyed crocheting, bingo, watching ice skating, and going to auctions.
She is survived by first husband Jo Donnenwirth; two daughters, Dee Dee (Matthew) Bowman and Kelly (Steven) Steiger; step-daughters, Tammy (Doug) Lucius and Tonya (Adrian) Garofalo; step-son Tom Ball; grandchildren, Elizabeth and Amber; step-grandchildren, Alana, Aaron, Andrew, Blake, Brennan, Lauren; great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Luke, Elias; siblings, Daniel Melick Jr., David Melick, and Daphne Clark.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at the Barkdull Funeral Home. Tom and Jenny Richman with the Salvation Army will officiate. Friends may call Thursday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
