MedCentral Shelby Hospital has a new director of nursing. Trish DelGreco has assumed the duties once handled by Theresa Roth, Shelby Hospital’s current vice president and chief operating officer.

DelGreco continues to manage the MedCentral Surgery Center on Cricket Lane in Mansfield. She is a graduate of the Mansfield General Hospital School of Nursing and earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Ashland University.

She began working at MedCentral in 2006 in the endoscopy unit. DelGreco also worked as a police dispatcher for the city of Crestline.

DelGreco said, “I love working for MedCentral which is committed to customer satisfaction and safety. These are in alignment with my own values. I have an exceptional team that reports to me. I am proud to be part of this group of individuals.”

She and her husband, Mike, have a son, Michael, and a daughter, Caroline, and two grandchildren, Bailey and Carson DelGreco.
