Thomas A. Murphy, 53, of Crestline, died Monday, April 13, 2015 at Galion Community Hospital.
Tom was born in Bowling Green on September 14, 1961 to the late Arthur and Mary Murphy.
Tom was employed at Broscho in Mansfield. He enjoyed playing pool and was involved in leagues at Bostic Time,Trackside and Just Jokin’.
He is survived by his two daughters, Laurale Murphy of Crestline and Soren Murphy of Bucyrus, his half-brother, Timmy, his half-sister, Tina and his significant other Monica Lynn Sager of Crestline.
The family will have a memorial gathering at a later date.
