Tyco Electronics is sponsoring its annual Christmas in July for the residents of the Richland County Home, Dayspring Assisted Living & Care Facility at 5 p.m. on July 29.

The approximately 50 plus residents will be treated to a picnic, bingo and gifts all provided by Tyco Electronics.

Tyco has generously been doing this event for years and have donated their time and money to give Dayspring residents a special event. Over the years they have donated money to purchase a handicap automatic door opener, benches, a popcorn machine, cotton candy machine, horse shoe pits, fishing poles, razors, gift cards, and so many other wonderful and useful items.

Tyco Electronics, now known as TE Connectivity, offers a broad range of high-quality electronic component products. TE offers products from well-known name brands and several product categories including connectors/interconnection systems, terminal blocks, relays, electronic modules, circuit protection devices, fiber optic components, wire and cable, and switches.

Dayspring is a non-profit, county-owned and operated residential care facility. We are located at 3220 Olivesburg Road, six miles north of rural Mansfield, Ohio. Most of the facility’s current residents have some type of disability that prevent them from living independently and need some type of supervised care to maintain health and safety.
