Wilma E. Heffelfinger, 77, of Loudonville, died Thursday evening, April 6, 2017 in Colonial Manor Health Care Center after a 15-month battle with cancer.

Wilma was born May 13, 1939 in Columbus and was the daughter of the late Pearl Edward and Margaret Edith (Noe) Brewer. She was a 1957 graduate of Butler High School and had lived in the Loudonville area most of her life. She was a homemaker and farmwife and had worked 17 years at Byland Animal Hospital. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, of Loudonville.

Wilma is survived by two sons: Mike Heffelfinger, of Loudonville, and Keith “Kenny” Jones, of Millersburg; one daughter: Holly (Mohammed Ahmed Fawy) Hussin, of Cairo, Egypt; six grandchildren: Laine Heffelfinger, Morgan Kolberg, Bryce Kolberg, Jacqui (Jason) Ruiz, Sydney Guzman, and Alcky Guzman III; two sisters: Marge Sparks, of Perrysville, and Marlene (Phil) Heffelfinger, of Conneaut; and two brothers: Den Brewer, of Findlay, and Ron (Gayle) Brewer, of Mansfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, David W. Heffelfinger on Jan. 6, 2016.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 11 a.m. in Zion Lutheran Church, Loudonville with Rev. Scott Henderson officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 10 to 11 a.m. before the funeral and after the services at the luncheon in the church fellowship hall.
