MANSFIELD — The third annual Cypher City Hip Hop Festival brought artists, DJs, vendors and music fans together July 25 for a full day of celebrating hip-hop culture at the Richland County Fairgrounds.
Hosted by Thuh Koz with music by DJ Dro Jack, the festival featured its largest lineup to date, welcoming performers from across Ohio and surrounding states for live performances, DJ sets, beat battles and a marketplace of local vendors.
The event highlighted both established and emerging artists while drawing community members together to celebrate street culture and local creativity.
“This year everyone showed out from the artist to the vendors and the community definitely came to support,” festival organizer and local entrepreneur Ryan James said.
Looking ahead, James said he’s already planning for next year’s event.
“I’m looking forward to 2027 being a great year and bringing it to the brickyard to solidify the city’s hip hop music scene right in downtown Mansfield,” James said.
