Charlene J. Bartlett passed away Thursday July 28, 2022 in her home surrounded by her family. She was 78.
She was born on November 7, 1943 to parents Jessie and Helen (Hogue) McCann in New Castle, Pennsylvania. After Charlene was graduated from New Castle Senior High School, she married James Humphrey and raised 3 children- Brenda, James, and Shelly- until the two decided to go their separate ways. Until May 26, 1979, when she married the love of her life Donald Bartlett, who she met while employed as a secretary at Universal Rundle in New Castle, Pennsylvania, and they shared 43 wonderful years of marriage together. The pair were members of the Lutheran Church of Tullahoma, Tennessee.
