The full summer foliage of this tree at the corner of Third and Benton helps to disguise the discrepancies between these two Then and Now photos.
If you look closely past the leaves you’ll find that two of the houses are now gone from the scene.
In the way of recent comparison, there is also a page presented here from Mansfield: Then & Now (Arcadia Publishing 2010) with a photo by Jeff Sprang showing the same exact place in town as it appeared only a few years ago.
