MANSFIELD — Mechanics Bank was presented with the Catalyst Rehab Telethon’s “We made it Happen! Top Dollar Team” trophy on Wednesday in the lobby of their downtown location.

The 31st annual Telethon was held on Saturday, Feb. 5 at the WMFD studios. Doc Stumbo and Nick Gesouras co-chaired the telethon and were both integral in the success and execution of the event which raised $126,291 for much needed services in this community.

Nick Gesouras along with phone bank volunteers from Mechanics raised $21,068 during their scheduled phone bank hour which was the closing hour of the Telethon from 7 to 8 p.m. Kristi Lord and Nick Gesouras were the Live Hosts during that hour.

Caroline Worner coordinated the phone bank volunteers from Mechanics Bank whom were Nathan Masters, Sally Gesouras, Curt Walter, Mady Myers, Nicki Carling, Abby Kaufman, Libby Worthington, and Kelsey Carver.

Catalyst Life Services is very appreciative for all the support given to the annual telethon and thanks Mechanics Bank for helping us achieve another record breaking year.
