Jeff Robertson, 58, of Mansfield passed away at home, Sunday March 13, 2022.
Jeff was born May 8, 1963 in Mansfield. Jeff married Debbie King, the two were high school sweetheart. Jeff worked at AK Steel for over 25 years. Once a Marine, always a Marine. Jeff proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps.
With the nicknames Jazzy Jeff and The Silver Fox, Jeff would do just about anything to make people laugh or to get a reaction from them. A thrill seeker, Jeff would rather sky dive, scuba dive, or cruise on his motorcycle. He listened to all music…with a focus on hard rock. Jeff’s everyday routine included a stop at the South Main Barber Shop, where he’d talk with the guys.
Jeff enjoyed fishing and photography. He cheered for the Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Indians and followed NASCAR.
More than anything he cherished and spoiled his daughter and granddaughters.
He is survived by his wife Debbie Robertson of Mansfield; daughter Jessica (Bernard) Tufts of Mansfield and son Maurice A. King, III (Lisa) of Bellville; two granddaughters Ariyah and Liahna Tufts; special grandchildren Kaitlyn, William, Carter, and Ridge King; sisters Karen (Burlin) Howard and Vicki (Dennis) Spangler; nieces nephews and extended family; step mother Martha Robertson.
He was preceded in death by his father Walton Robertson and mother and stepfather Peggy (Melvin) Luikart.
Visitation will be held Saturday, March 19, 2022 from 11 am – 1 pm in the Lexington Avenue Snyder Funeral Home where his funeral will begin at 1 pm. Pastor John Dunn will officiate.
