Barbara June Studer, 89, of Mansfield passed away March 14, 2021 at Avita Hospital.
Barbara was born in Rolandsville, Maryland on December 4, 1931 to Ellis and Virgie Thacker Meadows and moved to Johnsville in the early 1950’s. She moved to Mansfield in 1956 and was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church.
Barbara is survived by step-daughter Sharon McLaughlin; 6 grandchildren: Marianne Eastty, Maura Bartley, Misti Powell, John Lookabaugh, Heath Lookabaugh, Crystal Rhodes; daughter-in-law Martha Bartley; brother Ralph Meadows; numerous nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her first husband Toy Bartley, second husband Jarlath Studer, son Bruce Bartley, daughter Arlene Bartley, sister Peggy Coffin, and brother Curtis Meadows.
Friends may call at Herlihy Funeral Home, 173 Park Avenue West, on Sunday from 2:00 – 4:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00am Monday at St. Peter’s Catholic Church with Fr. Kevin Moebius officiating. Interment will follow in St. Bernard Cemetery, New Washington.
