Cecil Ray Fultz Sr., age 75, of Butler, went to be with the Lord on Thursday morning, December 31, 2020, at his home. He was born April 2, 1945, in Olive Hill, Kentucky, to the late Coy and Ollie (Bailey) Fultz.
He attended Hanna Road Church of God and enjoyed fishing and jigsaw puzzles. Cecil met the love of his life, Shirley Conn, on December 31, 1964.
Cecil is survived by his wife of 55 years, Shirley Fultz; three sons, Cecil Ray (Judy) Fultz, Coy (Kristie) Fultz and Hank (Laurie) Fultz; a sister, Barbara (Harmon) Bradley; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
There will be no services at this time. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is honored to serve the family.
