ASHLAND COUNTY — A 38-year-old Greenwich woman died early Sunday morning in a one-vehicle crash, according to the Ashland County Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Britany A. Bikauskas, 38, died in the accident, which occurred near the intersection of Ohio 545 and Clear Creek Township Road 856, troopers said.

Bikauskas was driving a 2009 white Buick LaCrosse south on Ohio 545, according to the patrol, which said the accident happened just after midnight.

An initial investigation revealed that Bikauskas went off the right side of the road and overcorrected. She then went off the road to the left, before her vehicle overturned.

The crash remained under investigation Sunday morning, troopers said.

Bikauskas was not wearing her seatbelt and was ejected from her vehicle, according to tropers. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
