MANSFIELD — Kleshinski, Morrison, and Morris CPAs has announced five staff earning the Certified Public Accountant designation, including Julie Tobias, Zak Mills, Jon Haught, Bethany Whatman, and Jillian Zadeh.
Whatman graduated with her bachelor’s degree in accounting and leadership & management from Capital University in Columbus. In August 2015, Whatman began full-time employment with Kleshinski, Morrison & Morris, LLP where she prepares corporate, individual, and trust tax returns as well as providing various bookkeeping services for clients. She also performs assurance engagements including financial statement reviews and compilations. Whatman lives in Bellville. When away from the office, she enjoys hanging out with her nieces and nephew, playing soccer, and exercising on the bike trail.
After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor of arts degree in Japanese and linguistics, Zadeh worked in an administrative capacity at a CPA firm in Pittsburgh for seven years. She graduated summa cum laude from Southern New Hampshire University with a master’s in accountancy in 2016 before moving to Ohio. Zadeh began working for Kleshinski Morrison & Morris in February 2017 and became a licensed CPA in June 2018. She is currently pursuing a master’s in taxation degree from the University of Cincinnati.
Haught obtained both his bachelor’s degree in accounting as well as his MBA from Ohio Dominican University in Columbus in 2013 and 2014. Upon graduation in 2013, Jon began full-time employment on the audit & assurance staff at the regional firm of Norman, Jones, Enlow & Co., where he performed financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations, as well as audits of employee benefit plans and agreed-upon procedures. In October 2015, Haught began full-time employment with Kleshinski, Morrison, & Morris, LLP, where he continues to perform audit and assurance engagements, as well as corporate and individual taxes. Haught lives in Bellville, Ohio with his wife, two daughters and a golden doodle, Penny.
Tobias began working for Kleshinski, Morrison & Morris, LLP in January of 2017, while still in graduate school. She earned her master of science degree in accounting from Franklin University in Columbus in May of 2018 and wasted no time in beginning to study for the CPA exam. She successfully passed all four parts of the exam in just under a year and was licensed in April of this year.
When she’s not in the office, Tobias enjoys taking family road trips, visiting art museums, boating on Lake Erie, playing giant jenga, vacationing with friends, and starting new hobbies. She’s passionate about learning new skills, and she recently began woodworking with her husband, Elliot. She lives in Lexington with her husband and two boys. She earned a bachelor of fine arts in art education from Bowling Green State University in 2004.
Mills, CPA joined Kleshinski, Morrison & Morris, LLP in 2015. Mills graduated magna cum laude as a Kolozdik Business Scholar from the University of Cincinnati, where he earned a bachelor’s of business administration in accounting in 2011 and Real Estate in 2012.
In 2009, while enrolled at the University of Cincinnati, Mills joined the co-op program where he worked for Deloitte & Touche, LLP in the Audit and Enterprise Risk Services function. By 2015, Mills attained the rank of Lead Senior at Deloitte & Touche, primarily performing services for S&P 500 and military clients. Mills serves in multiple capacities on accounting and audit engagements performed by KMM.
