MANSFIELD — Four fugitives, including two women, are among this week’s Most Wanted in north central Ohio, according to a list compiled by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force, Richland County Division.
Chandelle Cummings, 27, is 5-foot-6, 130 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. She is wanted for a bond revocation on a possession of cocaine charge. Authorities say Cummings has ties to the Mansfield area.
Amber Mulvane, 22, is 5-foot-2, 110 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. She is wanted for a bond revocation on a possession of cocaine charge. Officials say Mulvane has ties to the Mansfield area.
Max Moore, 58, is 5-foot-8, 265 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is sought for theft of dangerous drugs. Officials say he has ties to the Mansfield area.
Ronald Kirk, 43, is 6-foot, 160 pounds, bald with blue eyes. He is wanted for escape. Officials say he has ties to the Mansfield, Ashland and Cleveland areas.
