Seffner Christian’s grip wasn’t secure until the clock expired, but when that happened it had a 64-61 win on February 5 in Florida boys high school basketball action.

The clock was the only thing that stopped the Crusaders, which enjoyed the upper hand in a 22-19 final quarter, too.

Nothing was decided in the third quarter, with the Crusaders and the Buccaneers locked in a 42-42 stalemate.

A halftime tie at 24-24 allowed for a respite as both teams looked to regroup in the locker room.

The first quarter gave the Crusaders a 14-11 lead over the Buccaneers.
