MANSFIELD – The Richland Area Chamber of Commerce will feature more than 100 local businesses and nonprofits at its 14th annual Business Expo later this month.
The event is open to the public from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, March 21 at the Richland County Fairgrounds.
“The expo is a great opportunity for the public to interact with local businesses … We encourage the public to stop by, even if it’s on a lunch break – there will be something for everyone,” said Chamber events coordinator, Lisa Duckworth.
This year the event will have a 70’s theme, which Duckworth hopes will add to the fun.
Individual booths will be offering prizes, samples and giveaways. Plus, the Chamber will hold some prize drawings. Every attendee who brings an item for the canned food drive will receive an entry into a special prize drawing.
Admission and parking is free.
A special ribbon cutting will kick off the event at 10:45 a.m. Directly afterwards, the expo will open to the public.
Booth space is sold out. Twenty-eight local businesses are sponsoring the expo including ES Consulting, Graham Automall, and Hamilton Insurance Group, and Lind Media Company. A complete list of sponsors, a prize entry ticket, and other information can be found at www.RichlandAreaChamber.com.
