MANSFIELD — Richland Source announced Wednesday the hiring of Jack Windsor to the position of Sales Director.
Windsor will lead the sales and marketing team at Richland Source, Ashland Source, and Crawford Source.
Windsor comes to Richland Source with an extensive background in sales, marketing, and talent development for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100. Windsor is the founder of Columbus-based Windsor, LLC, a business consultancy where he recently served one of the Midwest’s largest digital marketing agencies specializing in SEO, local search, e-mail marketing, and social media consulting.
Richland Source Publisher, Jay Allred welcomed Windsor to the team in June and was happy to have him on board.
“Jack brings a unique combination of leadership, deep product knowledge, and a high level of emotional intelligence,” Allred said. “I am confident he will apply those skills to helping our marketing team bring about the best possible results for our customers.
“He is a great fit for our positive culture and we are happy to have him aboard.”
Windsor is enthusiastic about the move.

Windsor fills a role that will be critical in the next stage of the company’s growth, Allred said.

Windsor has a connection to north central Ohio.
“I grew up here,” Windsor said. “My grandpa would tell me stories when I was a kid, stories about Mansfield and his work in the tire and rubber business.
“I learned many life lessons on baseball diamonds, football fields and wrestling mats throughout the area. This is and always has been home.”
With Windsor’s hiring, Allred assumes the title of President of Media Works, LLC. which is the parent company of Richland Source as well as the new Idea Works co-working facility at 40 West 4th Street.
Windsor is an Ashland native, graduate of Ashland High School and Ashland University. He resides in Sunbury with his wife Quinn and their three children.
