MANSFIELD — Trimble Road has reopened to the relief of many Mansfield motorists.
Count Joshua Thompson among the most grateful. Thompson, 24, felt the construction needed documentation to show off “the complete mess.” So he used his Phantom 3 drone to capture the video below.
“I drive on Trimble constantly. I wanted to see what they were doing, what it looked like from the sky,” Thomas said when reviewing his footage last month. “You can see where they are going to put the road and what will change with the edition.”
The North Central State College student began shooting drone footage about a year ago.
“Anything that is happening, I try and record it for fun,” he said. “I’ve always been into that sort of thing.”
