BUCYRUS — The Bucyrus Police Department handled the following police calls on Monday, May 15.

9:08 a.m. A motorist was issued a warning for speed on Beal Ave. near Isaac-Beal Rd.

9:20 a.m. Officers investigated a report of stolen medication in the 800 block of W. Perry St.

11:01 a.m. Officers investigated a report of shoplifting from Dollar General, Marion Rd.

12:28 p.m. Officers investigated a report of two males abusing a cat in the 200 block of W. Mansfield St.

12:31 p.m. A motorist was issued a warning for one-way street violation at Reid and Highland.

12:47 p.m. A report of a civil dispute in the 500 block of S. Poplar St. was received.

2:08 p.m. Officers investigated a report of a possible suicidal male in the 600 block of Hopley Ave. The male was not located.

3:05 p.m. A false alarm in the 1500 block of Rosedale Avenue was investigated.

3:42 p.m. Officers attempted to serve a warrant on W. Mansfield Street.

4:16 p.m. A Bucyrus resident came to the Police Department to report damage to her vehicle windshield.

4:18 p.m. A false alarm at Dauch Concrete Company was investigated.

4:21 p.m. A resident in the 300 block of W. Mansfield Street reported items missing after being evicted from a residence.

4:50 p.m. Officers attempted to deliver a jail release notification on McKinley Ave.

4:54 p.m. Officers responded to a domestic dispute over a set of keys in the 300 block of W. Galen St. Aaron Zornes, 28, was arrested on two Crawford County warrants. He was issued a date to appear in court and released.

5:18 p.m. An individual lodged a fraud complaint against someone known to them and Daniel Murrell, 36, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. He was issued a date to appear in court and released.

5:55 p.m. Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle at Aumiller Park.

7:20 p.m. A 14-year-old male was arrested for underage consumption of alcohol in the 100 block of N. Spring St. He was released to his mother and will be contacted by Juvenile Court with a date for a court appearance.

8:24 p.m. A domestic disturbance in the 300 block of E. Rensselaer Street was mediated.

8:55 p.m. The 14-year-old male from a prior arrest was arrested again for underage consumption and resisting arrest in the 200 block of N. Poplar St. He was taken to the Marion County Juvenile Detention Center to await an appearance in Juvenile Court.

9:42 p.m. A New Washington resident reported losing his wallet while at Walmart this evening.

Tuesday, May 16

1:04 a.m. A report of a suspicious male at the Bucyrus Community Hospital ER was investigated.

1:29 a.m. A report of a male trespassing around vehicles in the parking lot at Taco Bell was investigated. The individual was described as 5-foot-7 with blond hair, wearing a black shirt and jeans and he fled north on foot.

3:09 a.m. A report of a suspicious noise in the 900 block of S. Walnut St. was debris in the street.

5:39 a.m. Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 800 block of Wilbur St.
