BUCYRUS — Listed below are the Bucyrus Police calls for Tuesday, March 28.
7 a.m. Officers assisted Life Support in the 500 block of Wedgewood Ct.
8:20 a.m. Officers assisted Life Support in the 600 block of E Oakwood Ave.
9:12 a.m. A warning for parking on sidewalk was issued in the 900 block of S Sandusky Ave.
9:40 a.m. Officers investigated an injury accident in the area of Beal and Whetstone St. and both vehicles were disabled and towed from the scene.
11:51 a.m. A civil standby was made in the 900 block of E Warren St.
12:06 p.m. A 911 hang-up call was investigated in the 100 block of W Irving St.
1:08 p.m. A parking citation for 48-hour violation was issued in the 100 block of W Oakwood Ave.
2:21 p.m. A 15-year-old Bucyrus girl was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County Juvenile Court. She was turned over to Juvenile Court authorities.
3:11 p.m. A report of a possible burglary in the 900 block of S. East St. was unfounded.
3:18 p.m. A theft report was taken in the 700 block of Rogers St.
3:20 p.m. A disturbance in the 700 block of N. Lane St. was investigated.
3:36 p.m. A report of a possible domestic dispute in the area of Bucyrus Plaza was unfounded.
3:48 p.m. Officers assisted a person experiencing mental problems.
4:07 p.m. Two income tax summons were served at the Police Department.
5:12 p.m. An abandoned bicycle was picked up in the 200 block of Nauman Ave. and brought to the Police Department.
6:19 p.m. Officer checked on a report of a vehicle driving on a restricted area at the reservoir. Juan Rosas, 21, was arrested in the area of Outhwaite Reservoir. He is charged with criminal mischief and driving under suspension. He was issued a court date to appear and released.
6:36 p.m. Officers investigated a report of possible drug overdose in the 400 block of W. Charles St. The subject received assistance from EMS.
7:05 p.m. A report of a missing 7-year-old girl was unfounded in the 1000 block of High St.
7:57 p.m. A theft report was taken in the 200 block of W. Irving St.
9:39 p.m. A reported suspicious vehicle was checked in the 1800 block of E. Mansfield St.
10:55 p.m. Officers conducted a welfare check in the 600 block of Hill St.
11:09 p.m. A resident in the 800 block of Beverly Dr. reported hearing noises and all was quiet in the area.
11:39 p.m. Todd Nicholas, 26, was arrested for domestic violence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for an appearance in court.
Wednesday, March 29
1:05 a.m. A resident in the 300 block of Jump St. reported his green Pontiac Firebird stolen. The license plate of the vehicle is HBK1232.
1:35 a.m. A parking citation was issued in the 700 block of Plymouth St.
4:56 a.m. A S. Lane St. resident reported her vehicle vandalized overnight.
5:17 a.m. Officers on patrol located a vehicle with damage to it in the 800 block of Wingert St. The owner of the vehicle was notified and a report taken.
6:15 a.m. A resident in the 600 block of Ridge Ave. reported his vehicle vandalized overnight.
6:32 a.m. Officers conducted a welfare check at Ridgewood Sr. Villas.
6:43 a.m. A resident in the 800 block of Grove Ave. reported his vehicle vandalized overnight.
6:50 a.m. An E Oakwood Ave. resident reported her vehicle vandalized overnight.
