Lou Ella (Bell) Mosier, 88, of Mansfield died Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. Born November 28, 1928 in Eddyville, KY, she was the daughter of Verner and Mary T. (Gray) Bell. Lou was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Eugene Mosier Sr.
Lou enjoyed crocheting, canning, listening to gospel music and watching the Gaither’s on television. Lou was a homemaker all of her married life. She was a member of the Real Life Community Church on Kentucky Ave. She enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her many special friends.
Lou is survived by her sons, Glenn Eugene (Peggy) Mosier Jr., Richard Lee Mosier and Kent Ray Mosier; grandchildren, Tiffany (Joe Javurek) Mosier, and Ricky (Rachel) Mosier; great-grandchildren, Courtney Jenkins, Abigail Mosier, and Leland Mosier; and numerous nieces and nephews. Lou was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her brothers, Floyd, J.T., Oscar, and Roy Bell; and her sisters, Nell Mosier and Mary Oliver.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St. Mansfield. A funeral service conducted by Pastor Phil Green will be held on Monday, March 27, 2017 at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Windsor Park Cemetery.
