Robert Lee Wynn

Robert Lee Wynn, 69, of Loudonville, died Tuesday morning, March 21, 2017 in LifeCare Hospice, Wooster following an extended illness.

He was born Dec. 1, 1947 in Zanesville, the son of the late Charles Edgar and Eva Esther (Chalfant) Wynn. Robert was a 1965 graduate of John Glenn High School and was a Loudonville resident since 1987 coming from Cambridge.

He loved working as an aide for Cardinal Station Home and had also worked for Neal Ridgeway at his Rabbitry.

Robert operated Wynn’s Country Crafts and traveled to fairs, flea markets, and shows for many years. He enjoyed camping, fishing and everything involving his grandkids.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann (Wheatley) Wynn, whom he married Feb. 12, 1966; his son Rob (Melinda) Wynn, of Loudonville; his daughter, Melissa (Steve) Bailey, of Loudonville; five grandchildren: Katelyn (Cody) Jenkins, Christopher Bailey, Austin Kerver, Courtney Bailey, and Seth Wynn; three great-grandchildren: Jude Jenkins, Brennen Bailey, and Brantley Davis; and his sister, Jean Little, of Barnesville.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Ila Mae Daugherty. 

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 24, 2017 in Lindsey Funeral Home, Loudonville with Chaplain Charlotte Glasgow officiating. Burial will follow in Loudonville Cemetery.
