Janice L. Miller, 70, of Crestline, died Thursday, March 16, 2017 at her home after a long illness.
Jan was born in Cleveland on November 19, 1946. She was the daughter of Vernon Warren of Crestline and the late Gloria (Chapman) Warren. She married Richard E. “Rick” Miller on July 2, 1965 and he survives her.
Jan lived her life in Crestline. She retired from the Galion Health Department in 2012 where she was the registrar. She enjoyed sewing and gardening. A wonderful cook and baker, her family loved Jan’s chicken and dumplings. She loved her poodle, Coco.
In addition to her husband Rick and father Vernon, she is survived by her son, Jeffrey and Evie Miller of Madison; her daughter, Vicki Miller of Canal Winchester; her granddaughter, Rebecca Miller of Newark; her sisters, Deborah Copeland of Marblehead, and Brenda Guldan of Golden, CO; her aunt, June Glitzke of Colorado; and her sister-in-law, Deb McClosko of Las Vegas, NV.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Gloria Warren and her granddaughter, Amanda Jeffries.
