MANSFIELD — Richland County Children Services has posted its 2016 annual report to the community on its website.
Highlights include a report by Executive Director Patty Harrelson; a look at continuing increasing costs associated with child placement; and the agency’s participation in Project HOPE (Helping Ohio Parent Effectively).

It marks the 10th consecutive year the agency has posted its annual report online.
