Regina Kay Westerfield, 48, of Mansfield, passed away on Monday, March 6, 2017.
Regina was born June 10, 1968 in Mansfield, Ohio, to Ralph F. Westerfield Sr. and Johnnie (Hudgens) Westerfield.
She is survived by her mother, Johnnie (Hudgens) Westerfield; two daughters, Showntia (Josh Lloyd) Westerfield and Jekela (Billy Harvey); two sons, Ralph Westerfield IV and Leonte Westerfield; boyfriend, Warren Lee; two sisters, Marie Hudgens and Stephanie Westerfield; two brothers, Ralph (Amanda) Westerfield Jr. and Andre (Monique) Westerfield; and four grandchildren, Talaijah, Jasiyah, Jayveon, Bre-Ale; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Westerfield Sr.; nephew, Ralph Westerfield III; and grandparents.
Calling hours will be held from 11 a.m. to noon on Friday, March 10, 2017, at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield followed by funeral services at noon. Burial will follow at Mansfield Cemetery.
At her request, a meal will be prepared on Saturday, 2 p.m. at the Friendly House, 380 N Mulberry St, Mansfield, Ohio, 44902.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, March 9, 2017 from 5 to 8 p.m. at her home, 226 Bowman Street, Mansfield, Ohio.
