• Jonathan Andrew Hiller, breaking and entering
• Tina Lynn Hively, theft
• Larry James Hopkins Jr., domestic violence (two counts), disrupting public service, abduction (two counts), child endangering (two counts)
• Lazerick Howard, trafficking in cocaine with forfeiture specification, possession of cocaine with forfeiture specification, aggravated trafficking in drugs with forfeiture specification, aggravated possession of drugs with forfeiture specification, illegal possession of drug paraphernalia
• Brittany Sue Jaynes, aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, receiving stolen property, possession of dangerous drugs
• Erica Renee Kincer, aggravated possession of drugs
• Brian Allen Klingler, possession of heroin, possessing drug abuse instruments
• Heather Ann Lacey, possession of heroin
• Justin Drew McKenzie, kidnapping, gross sexual imposition, felonious assault, attempted rape, domestic violence
• Christy L. Post, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of drugs
• Dante Lamar Rembert, robbery (two counts), theft from a person in a protected class, disrupting public services
• Allyson Renae Schrader, endangering children (five counts)
• Robert James Simpson, aggravated possession of drugs, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana
• Michael L. Sloan, possession of cocaine
• Jennifer A. Swisher, theft of a check, forgery (six counts), theft of a check (five counts)
• Zachary A. Wells, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia
• Warren O. Williams, domestic violence
