MANSFIELD, Ohio — The Richland County Foundation announces its college scholarship application for the 2016-17 school year is now available online at richlandcountyfoundation.org.
This year the foundation transitioned from a paper application to an online form to make it easier for students to apply for scholarships.
All scholarships are based on financial need. New applicants and high school seniors must have at least a 2.5 grade point average (GPA), college students and returning applicants must have at least a 2.0 GPA, attend an accredited college or university on a full-time basis and be a resident or student in Richland County.
These are not recurring scholarships and students must re-apply each year. The application deadline is April 1.
