Patricia A. Poth, 78, of Greenwich, died Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015 at Kingston of Ashland.

Born Oct. 28, 1937 in Mansfield, she was the daughter of Theodore and Ruby (Snair) Hoover.

A homemaker, she was devoted to helping her husband, Frank, on the family farm. She enjoyed gardening, reading, cooking and baking, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family. A very spiritual woman, she was always willing to help others.

She is survived by her children, Elaine (David Shultz) Eikleberry, of Greenwich, Juanita Poth, of Shiloh, John (Tina) Poth, of Mansfield, Lou Ann (Neil Kadey) Oswalt, of Lucas and Julie (Tamie Naumann) Poth, of Shiloh; five grandchildren, Angie, Amanda, Crystal, Brett and Dakota; 10 great grandchildren; a brother, Ted (Nancy) Hoover, of Mansfield; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Poth, Sr.; a son, Frank Poth, Jr.; two sisters, Ila Mae Clinage and Sandy Edwards; and a son-in-law, Mark Eikleberry.

Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2015 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St., Mansfield. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015 at the funeral home, conducted by Pastor John A. Bouquet. Burial will follow in Adario Cemetery. A meal will follow the burial at Adario Town Hall.
