Doris J. Weikel, 86, of Mansfield, passed away Monday, Dec. 14, 2015, at The Arbors of Mifflin.
She was born Nov. 15, 1929, in Galion, Ohio, to the late Willard and Dessie (Powell) Wheatcraft.
Doris retired from the Madison School District where she worked in food service for many years. She was a member of Mid Ohio Sound Chorus, Barber Shop Chorus and the Ladies Shrine Club.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sherman H. Weikel and several other relatives.
There will be no services or visitation observed. Burial will be in Crawford County Memory Gardens. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is privileged to serve the family.
