SHELBY, Ohio – Through Tuesday, Dec. 22, Linda’s Grooming Palace & Pet Boutique invites clients and prospective clients to bring in four nonperishable food items and receive $5 off their next grooming appointment.
“We want to give back to the community but also thank our customers for their continued loyalty,” says Linda Carr, owner of Linda’s Grooming Palace. “We recognize the need for food pantries and plan to give our food items to the local Shelby pantry.”
The holidays are a time for cutting back in some areas while spending more in other areas. Offering $5 off grooms is one way Carr wants to thank her clients and offer a little extra help during the holidays.
“There are so many charities to give to, but we thought the food pantry would be a way to help those who need the basics at this time of the year and throughout the year.”
The grooming team at Linda’s Grooming Palace & Pet Boutique invites anyone to drop off four or more nonperishable items at the salon during business hours, even if they don’t have a dog or cat to groom.
