“I began my career as a realtor six years ago with a large real estate firm and really felt like I was missing out on something,” Berrier said. “After speaking with Jerry Holden and seeing his passion and sincere commitment to our community, it was clear to me that this is where I belong. The Holden Agency is based off a strong foundation of honesty and dedication to each and every client and is truly redefining real estate today. I couldn’t see myself being anywhere else.”

“I established my career in real estate with a passion for helping others pursue their dreams. I believe the best way to succeed in doing so is with honesty, integrity, and a strong commitment to my clients needs.”

Jerry Holden expressed his excitement for Berrier joining his team. “We are excited to have Monica come join our ever-growing list of top-flight lifestyle real estate agents,” Holden said. “She specializes in creating and focusing on the fine details for each client she represents and she identifies unique selling points for certain target audiences.”

In her spare time, Berrier enjoys hiking, fishing and hunting as well as spending time with her husband and 4 children whom are all active in soccer, baseball and basketball. She is also a member of NRA and MRPS (Mansfield Reformatory Preservation Society).
