MANSFIELD, Ohio – June 26 is the last day to receive an Early Bird Discount for the 17th Annual Newhope Charities Golf Outing. The outing is scheduled for Friday, July 17, at the Pebble Creek Golf Club in Lexington.
The cost for those who register by June 26 is $80 per golfer. After that date, the cost is $85 per golfer or $340 per team. Registrations for the outing are being accepted through July 10.
The entry fee includes golf, cart, driving range facilities, food, snacks, beverages, skins game, raffle prizes, and a special goody bag. There will also be a 60/40 drawing with 60 percent going to the winner. This year’s outing will once again feature a putting contest with the chance to win a cash prize.
The golf outing is a four-person scramble. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. and a shotgun start is scheduled for 9 a.m. There will be hot dogs at the turn, dinner from Outback Steakhouse, and an awards program after golf.
Sponsorship opportunities are still available ranging from $100 to $2,000. Donations of raffle prizes are also being accepted.

Newhope Charities complements the mission of Richland Newhope by promoting community events for the dual purpose of community awareness and fundraising. Proceeds from such events go toward supports for individuals served by Newhope and future levy campaigns to ensure continuity and quality of these supports.
In 2014, Richland Newhope (Richland County Board of Developmental Disabilities) supported more than 1,800 individuals through early intervention, preschool, adult, residential, therapy, transportation and other family support programs.
