Eleanor J. (Harvey) Harper, 75, of Mansfield, passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2015, from injuries sustained in an auto accident.
Eleanor was born on May 10, 1940, in Greenville, WV, to William R. and Thelma D. (Weikel) Harvey Rogers. She was a member of Open Bible Church, and enjoyed spending time with her friend, Bob Schonauer, and with her flower garden.
Eleanor is survived by two children, Pam (Chuck) Cook and Randy (Tia) Harvey; six grandchildren, Kelly (Grant) Spiess, Kevin (Sondre) Cook, and Kristen, Dayton, Kody, and Brianna Harvey; seven great-grandchildren, Gavin, Garrett, Kenzie, Kate, Brayden, Jaxon, and Grayson; and one sister, Carol (Bill) Canada.
Along with her parents, Eleanor was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Harper; and one sister, Ethel.
Calling hours will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at Werner Gompf Funeral Services, 1106 Park Ave. East, Mansfield. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor John Freeman officiating. Burial will be at Windsor Cemetery.
