David DeNice

David E. DeNise, age 42 of Galion, passed away Thursday morning, May 21, 2015 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus.

He was born September 25, 1972 in Galion and was the son of F. Jay and the late Melanie (Likins) DeNise. David is survived by his wife of 18 years Dawn (Bolles) DeNise who he married on October 11, 1996.

He graduated from Galion High School in 1992 and had worked as a machinist at the former Bucyrus Blades Inc.. David attended the Trinity Gospel Tabernacle in Galion and was a member of the Road Riders for Jesus, a Christian motorcycle group. He loved riding motorcycles, the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Pittsburgh Steelers, camping and fishing.

In addition to his wife, Dawn, he is survived by his father, F. Jay and step-mother Linda DeNise of Marion; his brother, Rob (Beth) DeNise of Mt. Juliet, TN; his mother-in-law Bonnie Waldbauer of Galion; his special nieces and nephews, Tim, Micah (Tiffany) and Victoria VanBuren, Angel Moore, Cody and Jay Robert DeNise and his great nieces, Bella and Zoie VanBuren.

The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at Richardson Davis Chapel of Snyder Funeral Homes, 218 South Market St., Galion, Ohio 44833 where services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, with Pastor Rick Cox officiating. Burial will be private and at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Gospel Tabernacle in care of the funeral home.
